To me, a review for a book or film is something that gives a flavour of what it's about without giving too much away - as a full description of the plot would do. Although a review for something like a new vacuum cleaner would certainly have as much detail as possible! A book report, on the other hand, of the type that I used to have to write for school, /does/ have the structure and all the information that you've detailed here.
