AllWriting.Net: I Got Paid!

6 May 2008 No Comment

Finally!

Now it can be told. At first I was afraid to talk about AllWriting.Net as a reliable company to work for. My first salary from them should have popped up in my Paypal account last May 1, but it didn’t. I sent tons and tons of messages but no one was reading them. Suffice it to say that I went ballistic on their online asses.

To repeat my drama again would be pointless: you might as well check this and this for the details.

Anyway, Sunday night, someone from AllWriting.Net started responding to my messages. Maybe it’s true that they had some sort of long weekend over there; the messages have been quite consistent and up-to-date since Sunday. I received word that payment should be in by either today or tomorrow.

I checked my mail just now and saw that the funds were finally in. Thank God.

So, would I suggest you join AllWriting.Net? I got paid alright, but the fear that took over when nobody would respond to my messages about salary sent me right over the edge. I’m not sure I’ll be taking more projects soon. They still owe me approximately $200++, and I guess I’ll just sit it out till I get paid regularly and without the hassle I went through these past few days.

I suppose this is a sort-of half-hearted endorsement then. You could try writing for AllWriting.Net, but do so with some caution. If they start paying better, I’ll be talking about it right here.

Hope they keep their word.

XOXO,
